No washing is required before return. Please return covers free of excessive dirt, spills, wax, or damage.

DAMAGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We understand that events happen! Normal wear from proper use is expected and included in your rental. However, renters are responsible for any excessive damage, loss, or misuse of rental items.

The renter may be charged for:

• Tears, rips, holes, or burns (including candle wax damage)
• Permanent stains (ink, paint, grease, wax, dye, or excessive food/drink stains)
• Damage caused by dragging tables, sharp objects, or improper setup
• Missing items or items returned unusable

Cleaning Policy:
Cleaning is included in the rental cost. Please return items free of excessive dirt, debris, wax, tape, or adhesives. Items returned with damage that cannot be removed through normal laundering may be subject to a replacement fee.

Replacement Fees:
If an item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.

Outdoor Use:
Outdoor use is allowed, but renters are responsible for protecting items from mud, standing water, rough surfaces, and severe weather.
